• What types of exterior modifications can I make to my home without requiring approval of the association?

All exterior modifications or improvements should be approved through the community association’s architectural control process.  Please visit TownSq and venture over to the Architectural Review Tab and select Submit Project. For owners that do not utilize TownSq please send your submissions to HOUarchitectural@goodwintx.com.

Visitor Access 

If you have visitors, you can open the gate remotely. The visitor will need to scroll the appropriate name to the top line and then press the CALL button. The gate system will call the programmed phone number(s). To open the gate, simply press “11” on your phone. You will be able to continue talking to the visitor to confirm the gate has opened. 

If “11” does not open the gate immediately repeat pressing 1 until the gate opens. Some phones do not send the tone strong enough from time to time. You will be able to continue to talk with the visitor to confirm the gate did open.

If the visitor knows the directory code they may simply enter it followed by the # sign.

Keypad Access 

To use a keypad code, enter the 4, 5, or 6 digits followed by the # sign  ie: 4568 #

How can I request a gate remote?

Gate remote can be requested for $35 by reaching out to HOUamenity@goodwintx.com.

•Is there a limit per household? If yes, how many? 3

•If a resident needs an additional device, is there a fee? If yes, how much? $35

•Replacement devices (lost or stolen) fee: $35

What is the Trash pickup day?

Trash day is Monday and Thursday (Recycling on Thursday).

I recently submitted and ACC Application. Do I need to do anything further?

I recently submitted an architectural modification request for the committee’s review. Do I need to do anything further at this time?
If you have not received a reply to your ACC Application within 10 business days of the submission date, please contact your Community Manager to check the status of your application. ACC has up to 30 days after they have a competed application to approve or deny.
How can I pay my association fees?
For your convenience, we offer several payment options:
 
Option 1: Mail-In Your Payment to the following address:

Option 2: online payment on www.TownSq.io 
 TownSq offers both ACH and debit/credit card payment options. When making credit card payments online, there is a $1.50 convenience fee plus 3.5% of the total payment amount. This fee is based on your assessment. When making a payment via e-check, there is a $1.50 convenience fee.
 
Option 3: Bank Bill Pay Service - If you use a bill payment service that automatically makes payments for you, please change the name of the payee and the address for payment to the PO Box address referenced above.  You will need to note your account number («Acct») and association code (HCFH) in the memo section of your check.
